What is Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC?
According to the CDC, "Marijuana, which can also be called weed, pot, or dope, refers to all parts of the plant Cannabis sativa L., including flower, seeds, and extracts with more than 0.3% delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) by dry weight. Any part of the cannabis plant containing 0.3% or less THC by dry weight is defined as hemp.1 The cannabis plant contains more than 100 cannabinoids, including THC, which is psychoactive (i.e., impairing or mind-altering) and causes a 'high'.2 CBD is another active cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant that is not psychoactive and does not cause a 'high'. The term THC most often refers to the delta-9 THC isomer, which is the most prominently occurring THC isomer in cannabis.”
Is Hemp-Derived Delta-9 THC Legal?
The 2018 Federal Farm Bill legalized all hemp-derived products so long as they contain less than .3% delta-9 THC by weight. All products we ship are compliant with the Federal Farm Bill. It is possible that states may choose different standards for complying with this law. Please research the current laws in your own state regarding hemp-derived delta-9 THC before attempting to place an order. We will not ship to any state where our products are not legal.

Why Don't You Sell Delta-8, Delta-10, HHC, or THC-O?
Unlike hemp-derived delta-9 THC, the products listed above are almost never found in significant quantities from natural sources, so they are almost guaranteed to be fully or partially synthetic. We have not found any manufacturers that offer testing to indicate the absence of chemicals used to manufacture these cannabinoids in the final product. This can include chemicals such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, citric acid, acetic acid, basifying/washing agents, or other strong acid catalysts.
